The Olympiad examination fee, once paid, under no circumstances is refundable, adjustable or transferable.

However, the refund of fee may be  applicable in the following exceptional cases

Olympiad examination is cancelled by WOA .

Excess fee is paid due to technical error.

Fee is paid more than once for same examination.

In such exceptional cases refund request should be sent to info@worldolympiads.org Refund amount will be processed within fifteen working days.
