Registration for Olympiad examinations conducted by World Olympiads Association (WOA) is by choice of individual. By registering participant agree to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below.

Participants agree to provide their basic information to WOA. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and the terms on this page.

Participant are free to choose single or any combination of Olympiad examinations conducted by WOA. To be eligible to enter the Olympiad: (a) participant must be a real person and at most 17 years old (proof of age may be asked whenever required), and (b) the participant should not be any employee, officer, or agent, who is directly or indirectly related to the WOA.

Participant should not attempt for any specific Olympiad for more than one chance during a session, unless advised by WOA to do so.

Participant should not attempt the Olympiad exam for the standard lower than that he is studying in, or just passed out.

WOA reserve the right to cancel or modify the Olympiad exam, syllabus, question pattern, evaluation criteria and these terms and conditions, without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control or in the benefit of the participants. Any changes to the examination will be notified to the participants as soon as possible using suitable means.

Whenever participant appear for online examination, WOA will not be held liable for any thing which hamper participant to appear/complete the exam such as power cut, internet connectivity failure, server down etc.

Everything, including the mode (online/offline), venue, format, time, prizes, pattern, evaluation criteria, and other aspects of all stages of the competition may be subject to change without notice in case of unforeseen circumstances, or the situation appealing to do so in the interest of participants or any other reason not specified here.

If a participant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that participant shall not be entitled to appear for exam/evaluation of exam/judged a winner, and will not be entitled to any assessment report, or prize in any circumstances

Any participant not abiding by the ethics, rules, guidance or discipline, shall not be allowed to appear for exam/evaluation of exam/judged a winner, and will not be entitled to any report or prize in any circumstances. Such cases shall not be entertained by WOA for any reason. International shipping cost for medals and other awards shall be born by the applicant, which is in addition to the exam fee.

In case of any dispute, the decision of WOA shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Any compensation to the participant shall be limited to the fee amount paid by the participant to WOA.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Indian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India only.
